To do this we have developed methods and techniques that involve many basic and challenging processes in the industry. We work with a wide variety of plastic materials and with gauges ranging from 0.01” to 0.50”. We form both thin gauge parts such as blisters, clamshells, and packaging trays, and heavy gauge parts such as displays, housing units and industrial components. Our in-house services include Industrial Design and Design Assistance, Tooling, CNC Trimming, Prototyping and Assembly. We have thermoformed structural, decorative, industrial and packaging products for many industries, including retail, electronic, medical, cosmetics, food, computer, air-conditioning, automotive and landscaping.

Mona Tawil Helmy

Mona graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio after studying architecture & design. Her role in the company has always been to ensure that day-to-day operations remain smooth & that client’s expectations are always exceeded. She continues to work diligently for Helmy Assoc. & Co. and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. [/one_half] [one_half_last]

Abe Helmy

1951-2009

Abe soared through life with a PhD in Urban Design/ Engineering from Politecnico in Milano, Italy. He founded Helmy plastics in 1988 and served as CEO until his untimely passing in 2009. Today, Helmy operates with many of the foundational principals introduced by Abe and continues his tradition to strive for innovation & excellence.
